Karim Mekhtigian and Risa Kato of the acclaimed Cairo interior design studio, Alchemy, have designed the Finishing Specifications and the Furniture Packs for the Hilltop Village apartments. The Alchemy team has completed many prestigious design projects for style-conscious homeowners in El Gouna, throughout Egypt and internationally.

Style, luxury and quality have been the guiding principles dictating the interiors brief for the homes at Ancient Sands Resort, to ensure that they are appropriate for a truly 5 star rental management programme.

Interior Finishing Specification

Units in the Rental Management Programme

For those purchasers wishing to enter the Rental Management Programme, Alchemy have prepared three interior finishing specifications:

Cool White
 

Modern Classic

Yacht*

The cost of these superb upgraded specifications, which include air conditioning, stunning wall and floor options and designer kitchens and bathrooms, is included in the price of your unit. Purchasers choosing to enter the Rental Management Programme will have to select one of these three options upon notification by Ancient Sands.

Units outside the Rental Management Programme

For those buyers not participating in the Rental Management Programme, a more basic specification "Gouna Galala" is available. Air conditioning and kitchen units are not included in this specification, but may be purchased separately. Owners of units outside the rental management programme may also select Cool White, Modern Classic or Yacht at their discretion.

Furniture Packages

Alchemy are preparing furniture and interior package options. When available, these will make furnishing and decorating your property a pleasure.

In due course, simply select from one of our furniture packages. They will be designed to complement the 3 stylish interior designs. We will do the rest. All the interiors and furniture packages are designed to make your property stylish and comfortable and also suitable for the 5 star rental programme.

Purchasers wishing to participate in the Rental Management Programme will be obliged to purchase a compulsory furniture package. We will ensure that it is designed to meet international renting standards.

We anticipate that the cost for furnishing an apartment in the Hilltop Village Community will be from circa US$15,000 (including white goods), depending on the size of the unit.
